How every instrument is prepared

Each instrument gets a full professional overhaul. We take out the major dents. Small dings that are only cosmetic we leave alone, because removing them can do more harm than good. Finally every instrument is chemically cleaned, so it reaches you in pristine condition.

Free two-year “peace of mind” guarantee

If your instrument develops a problem through no fault of your own within two years, we repair it free of charge. You get the instrument to us and we make sure it comes back to you promptly.

The guarantee does not cover lacquer or silver plating.
